1. Who this agreement is with
Become a WordPress PRO is a live WordPress training batch owned and operated by 819 Digital ("we", "us, our"). By paying for a seat, joining a live session, joining the WhatsApp group, or otherwise using becomeawordpresspro.in or participating in the batch, you ("student", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.
You must be at least 18 years old, or enrol with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf, to purchase a seat.
2. For learning purposes only — no professional advice
This batch is educational content only. Sessions, recordings, code snippets, plugin and hosting recommendations, and any guidance shared during the batch or in the WhatsApp group are provided to help you learn WordPress. They are not professional, legal, security, financial, or business advice, and are not a substitute for it.
You are solely responsible for how you use what you learn, including:
- any website, plugin, theme, or code you build, install, modify, or publish, during or after the batch;
- the content you upload to any website, including whether you have the rights to use it;
- your compliance with the terms of any third-party service you connect to your site (hosting providers, domain registrars, plugin developers, payment gateways, Google, WordPress.org, etc.);
- your compliance with applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection, e-commerce, and taxation laws that may apply to any website or business you run; and
- any client work, freelance project, or business you undertake using skills learned in this batch.
We do not review, approve, or take responsibility for any website you build, any client relationship you enter into, or any outcome (financial, legal, technical, or otherwise) that results from applying what you learn here.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that you will be able to build a fully functioning website, earn income, acquire clients, or achieve any particular outcome from this batch. Results depend on your effort, consistency, prior experience, and factors outside our control. Testimonials and past student outcomes shown on are individual experiences and not a promise of similar results for you.
4. What you get
- Access to the number of live sessions stated on the batch page, conducted online.
- Recordings of sessions, where made available, for your personal learning use.
- Access to a WhatsApp group for the duration of the batch (and, at our discretion, afterwards) for doubt-solving.
- Any bonus material specifically listed on the batch page at the time of your purchase.
Session dates, timings, trainers, and the exact curriculum may be adjusted for operational reasons (holidays, technical issues, low attendance, etc.). We will inform the WhatsApp group of any such change with reasonable notice where possible.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated on the batch page at the time of payment and are collected through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details; that data is handled by the payment gateway under its own terms and privacy policy.
Prices, discounts, and batch dates are subject to change for future batches and do not affect a seat you have already paid for.
6. Your conduct
To keep the batch useful for everyone, you agree not to:
- record, re-sell, redistribute, or publicly share session recordings or materials without our written permission;
- share your access (WhatsApp group, session links) with anyone who has not paid for a seat;
- post abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content in the WhatsApp group or live sessions;
- use the batch, its materials, or the WhatsApp group to promote unrelated products, services, or schemes without our permission; or
- attempt to disrupt live sessions or misuse any tool, link, or account provided to you.
We may remove you from the WhatsApp group or a live session, and may refuse further access without a refund, if you seriously or repeatedly breach this section.
7. Intellectual property
All session content, recordings, slides, written material, and the name and logo are owned by or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or publish them elsewhere without our written consent.
The website you build during the batch, and any original content you create for it, belongs to you, subject to the rights of any third-party theme, plugin, image, or asset you use in it.
8. Disclaimers
The batch, materials, and any tools or links shared are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any third-party service (hosting, plugin, gateway) referenced will remain available or unchanged, or that any website you build will be secure, bug-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing, securing, and maintaining any website you publish.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, , , and anyone else involved in delivering this batch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data, business, or reputation) arising from your enrolment in or use of this batch, or from any website, plugin, or code you build using what you learn.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this batch is limited to the amount you paid for your seat.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, fine, legal claim, or other consequence arising from how you or anyone you share your knowledge with uses WordPress, any plugin, any hosting account, or any website, including any wrongdoing, negligence, illegal use, copyright infringement, data breach, or violation of a third party's terms of service committed by you or a client of yours.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless and from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of what you learn, or any website, content, or business you operate using skills or material from this batch.
11. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If we cancel a batch entirely, we will offer you a full refund or a seat in a future batch, at your choice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continuing to use or attend the batch after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the batch, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
